Up All Night, Poppin' Bottles is a down-to-earth and honest weekly podcast that celebrates (and commiserates) the ups and downs of motherhood. Hosted by friends and mothers Kat and Brooke, this podcast embraces authenticity and vulnerability while also providing a quick laugh. The hosts share their highs and lows of pregnancy, childbirth, and raising their newborns, and older children.

In each episode, the hosts candidly explore the challenges faced by mothers, such as sleep deprivation, postpartum depression, balancing work and family life, and the pressure to be the "perfect" parent. They also shine a light on the joyful and fulfilling aspects of motherhood, celebrating the precious moments, milestones, and unconditional love shared between mothers and their children.

Brooke Sullivan

By day, Dr. Brooke Sullivan (Ph.D., not MD-don’t go to her if you’re dying) is a hospital COO and highly involved in her local community (trying to out-volunteer Kat who is truly involved in everything in town). By night, she is a loving wife and mother of 3 who is just trying to survive motherhood without getting a visit from child services or losing her mind. She embraces her self-proclaimed “mediocre mom” title and wears her crown proudly.

In her prime, she spent most of her time pursuing and receiving accolades such as Alumna of the Year at Columbus State University, One of the 5 Most Influential Professionals under 40 in Columbus (my girl, Kat, also received this designation), and one of the 40 Most Influential Georgians Under 40 in the State for Georgia Trend Magazine.

Now that she’s 40 and on her last baby and last ounce of energy, she’s decided to step away from some of her former activities and focus on raising her beautiful family.
