By day, Dr. Brooke Sullivan (Ph.D., not MD-don’t go to her if you’re dying) is a hospital COO and highly involved in her local community (trying to out-volunteer Kat who is truly involved in everything in town). By night, she is a loving wife and mother of 3 who is just trying to survive motherhood without getting a visit from child services or losing her mind.  She embraces her self-proclaimed “mediocre mom” title and wears her crown proudly.  

In her prime, she spent most of her time pursuing and receiving accolades such as Alumna of the Year at Columbus State University, One of the 5 Most Influential Professionals under 40 in Columbus (my girl, Kat, also received this designation), and one of the 40 Most Influential Georgians Under 40 in the State for Georgia Trend Magazine. 

Now that she’s 40 and on her last baby and last ounce of energy, she’s decided to step away from some of her former activities and focus on raising her beautiful family.

Kat is an overachieving former gifted kid who learns everything the hard way. She is a collector of people and experiences, a Jill-of-all-trades with a broad network of friends from all walks of life. As a mommy to two boys, Five and Frankie, she spends most of her days picking up used underwear, drowning under the umpteenth load of laundry, and wondering where her phone is. Professionally, she is a REALTOR® licensed in Georgia and Alabama, a facilitator extraordinaire, and a group fitness instructor. In her spare time, she rides unicorns through cotton candy fields because honestly, who the hell has the spare time?!
